On this page you will find links for foot care products available for purchase from Amazon.
Though I always try to encourage supporting local shops, some of these are not found in local stores.
These are products either I have tested myself or some of my clients have tested and find effective.
Please note that as an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. However, as mentioned, these are products that I believe are effective tools for optimizing your foot health.
I also carry products at my clinic appointments, and some of these can be purchased there. I also carry other products that are not available through Amazon (such as specialty lotions) or may be able to order specialty products for clients, if beneficial for their foot health.
I will continue to add more products as I or clients continue to test them.

Excellent for rolling under your foot, between the toes, and providing effective massage and stretch.

This is a useful tool for those who are unable to bend down to put their socks on. You apply the sock to the device, slide your foot in, and pull the ropes to pull the sock up. This one is more durable than others.

These are effective for dropped metatarsals, especially for those who are prone to callus in this area of the foot. They have a sticky back to easily adhere to insoles of shoes.

Additional support for heels, especially for plantar fasciitis and heel calluses.

Effective for grabbing the heel of shoe to assist putting shoes on. Also effective at removing socks.

These are effective for highly calluses areas, to soften the callus and reduce pressure.

These can provide comfort to painful corns, wrap around toes easily and helps to soften the corn. Note this is not intended to remove the corn but to provide comfort and reduce pressure.

This is one brand of wide toe box shoes that I personally wear regularly. Please note these shoes do not offer much support (cushion) as they are intended to allow your foot to move through the natural gait cycle (heel strike to mid foot, to toe lift off). You are welcome to look at other styles and brands, keywords to search: wide-toe, minimalist shoes, barefoot shoes.

These are a men's wide toe box shoe. I use this brand of shoes (women's, purple) for walking my dog and general out-and-about. Please note as with the other wide-toe box shoes, these do not offer much cushion, to allow your foot to move better as you're walking, maintain/build foot strength. Not recommended for prolonged standing.

These are marketed as a water shoe but appear very much like a sneaker. The insole is more like rubber than a typical cloth insole. My spouse has been wearing these for about a month now and reports they are comfortable, he wears them out walking. They have a wide toe box and are flexible, he does not complain that there is not enough cushion (as he did when he tried the other mens shoes). This brand carries other styles of wide toe box shoes.

This is my daily walking shoe (purple). Same brand as the mens style above. This type of minimalist shoe may not be suitable for all as there is minimal support/cushion. Update: I love these so much I just ordered another pair (in grey).

With a casual look, easy to slip on and off, and wide toe box for effective toe splay. Again, minimal cushion in these shoes, not recommended for prolonged standing but great for walking.

These are my new favourite shoes! They are wide toe box but have a sporty-look to them. There is a small amount of cushion, they are quite comfortable. The grips at the bottom are very good for hiking/rough terrain. Lots of flexibility for foot movement.

I ordered these for my spouse and he has been wearing them plenty this summer! They can be worn with or without socks, though the insole may take some getting used-to if going barefoot. Secure velcro straps well to foot. Nice grippy sole for walking, kayaking, or paddleboarding.

The same as the above, available in a variety of colours for both men and women. The mesh is breathable, they are quick drying if you want to use as a water shoe but comfortable enough to wear for walking.

While these have a thicker sole than many other shoes shown, they have plenty of bend to allow for natural foot movement. They have adjustable straps, most importantly an ankle strap, so it stays nice and secure to the foot. There is plenty of room for the toes to spread and the sole is quite comfortable for walking (or dancing).

This is my casual walking bootie I wore over the winter. Warm lining but enough space for toes to splay. Again, minimal cushion, may not be suitable for all. You can see in the image that there is an outline of the toes at the bottom of the shoe. This shape is important to look for when shopping for shoes.

This device does two things. 1) creates space between the big toe and 2nd toe, encouraging the big toe to realign. 2) offers protection to the bunion itself (often there is a bone protruding from the bunion). This comes in small, medium, or large sizes - check the sizing in the link to verify the proper size for you.
Note that any spacer to your toes may be uncomfortable at first. I encourage you to build up tolerance slowly. Start at first 15-30mins. Then each day add a little more time (i.e. an hour, then a few hours, then half a day, then eventually full day wear.) These are best worn when walking or when there is movement in the foot. This encourages muscles, bones, ligaments to shift back to the natural position. There would be of minimal benefit to apply at rest or when sleeping.

These socks help create space between the toes. They can be especially helpful for indivuduals who experience corns or pressure spots between the toes. They are a great introduction to toe spacing.

This stretchy and lightweight fabric mimics the elasticity of your skin. It allows for support while still allowing you to move. It is great for applying to injuries, especially for plantar fasciitis pain. Visit www.kttape.com for instruction on how to apply.

This is another brand that is more cost effective and neutral colour.
